Commercial Account Executive - EMEA Remote

Role Overview: Pinecone is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by acquiring new commercial clients. In this role, you will focus on building relationships with small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and delivering tailored solutions to meet their unique needs. We are looking for a proactive and customer-centric individual with a passion for technology and a proven track record of success in commercial sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new commercial accounts to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

  • Develop a deep understanding of Pinecone's product offerings and effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.

  • Identify key decision-makers within target organizations and build strong relationships to facilitate sales opportunities.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Pinecone's capabilities and benefits to prospective clients.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted sales strategies and campaigns.

  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in a timely manner.

  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of 3+ years in commercial sales in the technology/software industry.

  • History of selling usage / consumption based products that require ongoing customer attention

  • Strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.

  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools for pipeline management and reporting.

  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and support.

  • Have worked in a fast paced environment managing multiple deals simultaneously
