As a Salesforce Admin & Developer at Pinecone, you will be integral to optimizing our Salesforce capabilities, enhancing business operations, and improving client engagement. Your role will encompass a broad range of Salesforce-related activities, from system configuration and development to integration and user support. You will collaborate closely with various departments, applying your Salesforce expertise to deliver solutions that enhance productivity and effectiveness. Your contributions will be vital to our project success and overall client experience, reflecting directly on our reputation for excellence and innovation.

In this role, you will:

  • Customize, configure, and administer our Salesforce environment, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and security settings.

  • Develop and maintain robust integrations between Salesforce and other critical business systems, ensuring cohesive and efficient operations.

  • Engage with internal teams to understand business needs, translating them into effective Salesforce solutions.

  • Uphold best practices in Salesforce administration and development, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.

  • Educate and support Salesforce users across the company, fostering a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement.

  • Oversee the implementation of new Salesforce features and updates, maintaining our platform's relevance and effectiveness.

  • Implement and manage CI/CD processes within Salesforce, utilizing source control systems like GitHub to maintain version control and streamline deployments.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise as a Salesforce Administrator and Developer, with a solid grasp of Salesforce's extensive configuration and customization options.

  • Proficient in developing Salesforce automation (Flow, triggers, and validation rules) and understanding permissions and security settings.

  • Experience with CI/CD practices in Salesforce, including the use of source control systems like GitHub to manage development stages and automate testing and deployment processes.

  • Strong communication skills, capable of effective cross-departmental collaboration.

  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of translating complex business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Experience integrating Salesforce with diverse business systems, particularly in a tech-driven environment.

  • Salesforce certification and familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, JavaScript) are advantageous.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Hubspot development.

  • SQL proficiency and experience working with large datasets.
