Meet Pinecone
We’re a group of veteran experts in databases, cloud infrastructure, search, information retrieval, and AI. We collectively spent decades researching and building distributed data systems at companies like AWS, Databricks, Google, and Microsoft.
Our Core Values
We are a dedicated, open-minded, and kind group of people who love working together on incredibly challenging yet rewarding problems. At Pinecone you will work with world-class scientists and engineers who have built large scale ML applications and platforms at leading companies and cloud providers.
Outcomes
We measure our success based on customer value delivered. Real progress is what customers can do that they couldn't before, and we celebrate when they are using what we built.
Velocity
We decide with the information in hand and learn fast. Perfect information rarely arrives in time to matter. When a call doesn't pay off, we look at what we learned.
Creativity
We believe the best ideas don't come from one room or one title. The non-obvious moves come from anywhere in the company, and are sharpened where teams cross paths.
